Enquiries and confirmation
Check the date, route, vehicle, passengers, luggage, total price and extras before confirmation. An enquiry or a generated price estimate is not a confirmed reservation. Availability and final arrangements must be confirmed by us.
Prices and payment
The reservation deposit is ₩30,000 and forms part of the agreed service total. The remaining balance, including agreed extras, is due on the service day. Online payment is not yet enabled; confirm payment arrangements with us.
Unpriced options, extra time, extra distance and special arrangements require a quote. An unpriced item is not a free service.
How the service is provided
The service takes place at the date, time and meeting location in the booking confirmation. All operational times are KST (UTC+9). No physical goods are shipped.
Recommended routes are examples, subject to time, distance, access, weather, traffic and opening hours. Date, route or vehicle changes require confirmation; any price difference must be explained and agreed first.
Inclusions and limitations
The published prices are per vehicle. Passenger and luggage capacity are checked before confirmation. Attraction tickets, meals, parking, tolls and other inclusions must be specified in the quotation. No separate sightseeing-guide option is offered.
The cancellation, deposit refund and airport waiting policy forms part of the booking information. Nothing here excludes rights required by applicable law.
