How the trip planner works
Your entries are used temporarily in your browser to calculate prices and prepare an enquiry. They are not sent to our server or included in contact-link URLs. The form does not save them for a later visit; refreshing or leaving the page may clear them.
Copying an enquiry places the text on your device’s clipboard. To send it to us, open your chosen messenger or email app, paste the text and send it yourself. Copying text or opening a contact link alone does not submit an enquiry or confirm a booking.
This website currently has no customer accounts, server-side enquiry intake, automated enquiry emails or online payment. We receive the enquiry through the external channel only after you send it there.
Information and purposes
Information you choose to send for an enquiry may include your name, email or messenger contact, date and time, pickup/drop-off location, flight, passengers, luggage, vehicle, route, options and requests. For a child seat, only the age/size needed to choose a suitable seat is required, not the child’s identity documents.
We use necessary information to answer, quote, confirm or change bookings, arrange meetings, provide the service and handle refunds or disputes. Optional uses need consent where required. Enquiries are not used for advertising without separate consent.
Do not send passport or national ID numbers, card numbers or security codes in enquiries. Missing essential contact or meeting details may prevent confirmation.
Retention and deletion
The existing operating standard is to retain ordinary enquiries for no more than 3 months after they close and delete logistics information when its purpose is complete, except where statutory retention is required.
Statutory retention: contract/cancellation records 5 years; payment/service-supply records 5 years; consumer complaints/disputes 3 years; display/advertising records 6 months. These periods do not mean that every pre-contract enquiry is kept for 5 years.
Required records are separated and used for the retention purpose. Expired electronic records are securely deleted and paper records securely destroyed.
Hosting and connection information
The independent website’s hosting environment is configured on a server in the Republic of Korea using iwinv, operated by SMILESERV (주식회사 스마일서브). The host provides the infrastructure that serves the website; the current trip planner does not send its form contents to that server.
Delivering web pages requires technical connection information such as your IP address, requested page and browser request headers. This is separate from the name, contact details and travel information you type into the planner.
Routine HTTP access logging is disabled in our website proxy configuration. This does not mean that infrastructure or security-related processing never occurs. We do not use advertising analytics on this website.
Service providers and external links
Before sharing necessary booking information with an actual vehicle/driver or other service provider, we explain the recipient, data, purpose and retention and apply legally required consent or other lawful arrangements.
LINE, WhatsApp, WeChat and email are optional external channels. When you open or use them, their own policies govern their processing, which may take place outside the Republic of Korea. Review the privacy information for your chosen service. Our website does not automatically attach the enquiry text to these links.
Choosing an external channel does not replace any separate notice or consent we are required to obtain. Before adding server-side enquiry submission, accounts, automated emails or online payment, we will update the relevant provider and processing information and apply any required procedures.
Your choices and safeguards
Contact the privacy email to request access, correction, deletion or restriction. Identity is checked only as needed. Statutory obligations may limit deletion until the period expires; do not attach sensitive identity documents to an initial request.
Access is limited to people who need the data, with account protection and retention reviews. Provider and processing changes will be reflected in this notice before the affected service starts.
