Cancellation before your service
30 or more days before the service date: 100% of the paid deposit refunded (₩30,000 for a ₩30,000 deposit).
8–29 days before: 50% of the paid deposit refunded (₩15,000 for a ₩30,000 deposit).
0–7 days before, including the service date: the deposit is non-refundable.
Days are measured by calendar-date differences in Korea Standard Time (KST, UTC+9). These percentages are not a charge for an unpaid balance.
Airport arrival pickup
For a delayed flight, the meeting time is adjusted to actual landing without a surcharge for the delay itself. Please supply your flight number and updates.
The driver waits for up to 90 minutes from actual landing. After that, failure to meet may be treated as a no-show and the driver must leave for the next scheduled service.
Airport departure transfer
The driver can wait up to 20 minutes after the reserved accommodation pickup time. If you have not boarded after that, the booking may be treated as a no-show and the driver leaves for the next service. Confirm the accommodation pickup time, not the flight departure time.
Delays, changes and your rights
Contact us immediately if immigration, luggage or other circumstances delay you. Contact does not guarantee a waiting extension. Airport transfer no-shows are treated as same-day cancellations, with no deposit refund.
These terms do not exclude rights required by applicable law or refunds due to circumstances attributable to us. Existing bookings are assessed against the conditions already agreed.
How to request a change or refund
Contact us by email, LINE, WhatsApp or WeChat with the booking name, reference if available, service date and request. Changes depend on availability and confirmation.
Refunds use the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on the payment provider; no fixed completion time is promised.
